Temporary Hire Information: Your Temporary Employee

The Hire Source can supply one or an entire staff of employees for:

• Temporary Coverage
• Project Coverage
• Expansion or Addition

The Hire Source provides screened, tested and qualified applicants that have been referenced checked for your position.

Guarantee
Not only do we guarantee our service, we guarantee our employees. If any Hire Source employee does not perform to your satisfaction, notify us within the first four hours and we will replace them, no charge for those four hours.

Liquidating Fees
If you wish to hire our employees, the following steps should be taken:

• Notify your Hire Source representative of your intent
• Inquire as to the total number of hours worked
• Determine the start date the employee will began as your employee
• Four hundred eighty (480) hours are required to hire without charge

If a Client Company wishes to hire a Hire Source employee before they complete the 480 hours, a liquidating fee will apply. Contact your Hire Source representative for details.
