Temporary Hire Information: Your Temporary Employee

Tested-- General Knowledge, Manual Dexterity, Inspection, PC Board, Software, D/E, and customized testing for those positions requiring it.

References-- Every employee is reference checked at every previous employer

Drug Tested-- 5 panel drug screen for THC, Amphetamines, PCP, Cocaine, and Opiates. Results in 15 minutes.

Medical Insurance-- Coverage is offered to all active employees with contribution from The Hire Source.

Holiday Pay-- All active employees who meet attendance criteria and who have worked 500 consecutive hours will receive holiday pay.

Vacation Pay-- All active employees are offered one week vacation pay after completing 2000 hours.

Performance Review/ Feedback-- We communicate weekly with both our employees and the Client Company to review performance, offer suggestions, and make any appropriate changes.
